Hal and his team were great. During this period, there has been almost no inventory in our price range. Zilch. Still, Team Sweasey -- Hal, Graeme, and Dakota -- stayed in touch with us a few times per week. We discussed three different condos earlier. We discussed buying a parcel and building our own place, though ultimately the parcel couldn't be purchased from dual owners. Finally, a place in our price range came on the market, and Graeme called us early on Day One. We met him at the condo within the hour of his call that morning, and we made an offer. The owners wanted to wait for more offers, and Graeme gave us advice on how to sweeten the deal--which happily came to fruition the next day.

Working with Team Sweasey was amazing. Since we were about 5 hours from the area in which we wanted to buy, they listened very carefully to our wants and needs and helped us compile a list of properties to look at. My daughter and I met Graeme Baldwin at the office. He called me and stood outside the office and stayed on the phone until we saw him, and then he directed us into a parking space, invited us into the office, made sure we had water, and off we went for several hours to several cities to view many houses from the list and packet he prepared for us. Graeme did such a great job letting us know about each property. Every room we looked in, he was there, but hung back so that my daughter and I could talk, think, take pictures and video. I never felt rushed and appreciated the time I had to think about the logistics of moving 7 people to a new place! We ended up buying a house in Cayucos, and Graeme and Team Sweasey was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Team Sweasey!
